Notarisation and Apostille

When you need notarisation (not solicitor certification) and apostille certificate.

We will require photo and address identification to be provided for the person(s) the document relates to.

Specifically -

One government-issued photo ID (passport or UK/overseas driving licence)

One proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement)

Once this service has been ordered and the ID documents have been provided, we'll schedule a remote meeting with you and our Notary Public.

The processing time depends on the availability of the notary for an initial video call, then postage times. The apostille process takes 1-2 working days from that point.

Important, multiple signatories -

If more than one person is required to sign the document, an additional fee applies per extra signatory.
