This is for personal documents (e.g. degrees, birth certificates) only. For business or company documents you need to order the business service.

Important - We also require a copy of your passport and a completed and signed embassy application form. Section 1 of this form should be typed in CAPITALS. A printout of this should then be signed and dated next to each "Signature of Applicant" statement. Please find the application form here.
